Loan Market was crowned the major Brokerage of the Year – Non-Franchise, at the 2013 Australian Broking Awards held last Friday at the Overseas Passenger Terminal in Sydney.
The annual event which recognises the best mortgage brokers and businesses across several award categories saw Loan Market win the prestigious award for the best brokerage that wasn’t a franchise.
Loan Market CEO Sam White, who accepted the award on behalf of the company said he was extremely proud of what Loan Market accomplished over the past year and it’s network of brokers and corporate staff were catalysts for the company being awarded such a high accolade.
“Winning an award that recognises the efforts across the entire group is something we can all celebrate. Our brokers lead the industry in not only customer service but in their ability to help home buyers purchase property with the confidence that they have the right type of financing for their personal situation,” Mr White said.
Mr White said that along with helping over 20,000 people find home and investment property finance last year, its charitable HOPE (Help Open People’s Eye’s) program was another huge factor in the brokerage taking out the top honors.
“We’ve had some great stories come out of HOPE this year as our business gives back to the communities we work in. In the coming year our efforts to give back to the community are only going to grow stronger,” he said.
