Google recently purchased small online word processing company Writely for an undisclosed sum of money. This has Microsoft worried, however I think it is a smart move, especially with the world moving to a completely wireless Internet over the next decade.
For Agents this will mean you could create your own word document sets such as appraisels, contracts etc and have that data sent to your server or system.
Contracts could be signed on the spot using a tablet pc and sent directly to your own server or system tied to a listing.
Of course I am taking some liberty here of what it could mean, but I think this is what Google will have in mind and why Microsoft should not be too alarmed.
